Are you passionate about helping learners improve their language skills? Join our team as an EAL Instructor in Moosomin, with all instruction provided virtually on Monday & Wednesday evening.

The EAL instructor will:
1.Deliver ESL instruction aligned with approved curriculum and adult learning principles
2.Develop program outlines, learning objectives, and instructional materials
3.Assess, monitor, and document student progress, attendance, and achievement
4.Provide ongoing feedback, academic support, and referrals as needed
5.Maintain an inclusive and effective virtual learning environment
6.Support employability-focused learning activities
7.Collaborate with College staff and community partners
8.Prepare and submit required reports and documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree and TESL Saskatchewan Accreditation, or completion of TESL Canada Professional Certificate Standard One or Completion of TESL 21, 31, 33, 42 or equivalent.
2. A minimum of one year experience working with adult literacy or EAL programming.
3. Knowledge and experience with CLB levels and PBLA, including Avenue LMS training
4. English as a first language or demonstrated high-level proficiency in English
