Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Foreman/Woman to lead and oversee crews across a variety of seasonal and year-round services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a working knowledge of landscaping and snow operations, and experience with municipal or commercial waterworks projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise crews performing landscaping, snow removal, and waterworks construction/repairs.

Coordinate daily jobsite operations including labor, equipment, and materials.

Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.

Enforce safety policies and procedures on all job sites.

Operate equipment as required (e.g., skid steers, loaders, excavators).

Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members effectively.

Provide on-site training and mentorship to crew members.

Monitor and report project progress, issues, and solutions to management.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in landscaping, snow removal, or waterworks construction.

Strong knowledge of industry equipment and techniques.

Valid licenses and certifications

Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

Familiarity with municipal and commercial jobsite requirements.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and during snow events.

Physically fit and capable of working in all weather conditions.
