Job Description: Provide direct care to Home Care clients in Assiniboia and surrounding rural areas in accordance with the approved care plan within the scope of SRNA Guidelines & FHHR Continuing Care Policy & Procedure Manual.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license

- Nursing diploma is acceptable
