We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our daily office operations, assisting with payroll and accounting processes, managing documents, and maintaining strong communication with customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and administrative records.
- Assist with payroll processing and provide accounting support as needed.
- Create and send invoices, track payments, and update related data.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support management with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative or office environment. Education or certification in office administration or related field is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
