The Saskatchewan Medical Association is a voluntary professional association for physicians in Saskatchewan, where over 90 per cent of physicians are members. The SMA also represents the vast majority of medical students and residents training in Saskatchewan.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Administrative Coordinator, Primary Care Innovation Program (PCIP) to join our growing team!
The Administrative Coordinator, PCIP provides high-quality administrative support to the Manager, PCIP, team members, and multi-stakeholder committees. Responsibilities include managing the Managers schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, handling communications, and supporting special projects. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with SMA staff, physicians, and external contacts.
This position is based on-site at our office in Saskatoon, SK, with a voluntary hybrid work option allowing remote work from home up to 2 out of 5 days per week subject to approval under our Hybrid Work Arrangement policy.
