This position serves as the first point of contact at the Peyakoskan Family Resource Centre, greeting clients in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming, yet confidential environment.
You will also provide administrative support to all Prevention Program staff and play an integral part in the success of the program delivery. This role requires multitasking in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism, discretion and accuracy.
Requirements
Minimum Grade 12
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse clients and staff
Self-motivated and adaptable
