PWM Hydraulics is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time based individual in our Yorkton Plant.

We pride ourselves in producing high quality custom cylinders to meet our customers needs, from our in-house engineering design to the finished product being delivered on our customers specified schedule. Our focus is providing this service to agricultural, mining, industrial, oil & gas, as well as the transportation sector to help them achieve more productivity and profit.

We are looking to hire a motivated & detail-oriented Test Bench Operator in our Yorkton plant. This position plays a key role in ensuring our cylinders meet performance and quality standards before being shipped to customers. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical aptitude, be comfortable working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and have the ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Set up hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders on the test bench for quality testing
- Perform leak tests, cycle checks, and other performance tests according to company standards
- Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation
- Identify and report non-conforming products or warranty issues
- Make minor adjustments to the test bench and perform routine maintenance
- Follow ISO quality control procedures and safety practices
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of hydraulics preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools
- Previous experience in testing, quality control, or manufacturing considered an asset
- Must live in Canada and have permission to work in Canada
