Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager who is passionate about delivering secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions that support our members and our organization.
As the Technology Manager, you will provide operational leadership for WCUs IT Department consisting of Analysts and End-User support personnel, ensuring day-to-day excellence in technology services and infrastructure. You will manage IT staff, oversee core systems, and execute technology strategies under the guidance of the VP of Technology. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across departments while maintaining a member-first approach.

Your SPARK (Qualifications):
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 57 years of technology-related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or cybersecurity credentials (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are considered assets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage complex IT environments and adapt to evolving technology needs.
Knowledge of the credit union system or financial services industry is an asset
