Position Overview

The Policy Manager is responsible for leading the development, analysis, and implementation of policies that support SaskMilk's mandate, strategic direction, and regulatory responsibilities. A key component of this role is the use of data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making, policy evaluation, and program design. The Policy Manager ensures that policies are clear, consistent, and responsive to producers needs while upholding regulatory frameworks.  This role includes supervising staff, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment to achieve organizational goals.
