This managerial position includes overseeing staff training/hiring, finances, HR/discipline, scheduling, payroll, client program planning and safety. This position also includes on-call responsibilities which consist of providing direct care to Individuals with disabilities, sending out/filling open shifts, and providing guidance/support to employees. This is an out-of-scope position.
A class 5 Saskatchewan driver's license, access to a vehicle and criminal record check with the vulnerable sector search are required. Sign Language and First Aid/CPR are also required, but may be obtained within 6 months of hire.
This is a part-time position, consisting of 40 hours every 2 weeks (24 hours one week and 16 hours the next week).
