Description

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $20.00  $22.00 per hour to start, with opportunity for wage increases as skills and responsibilities grow
Anticipated Start Date: Between mid-January and March

We are a busy, locally owned sign shop in Prince Albert looking to hire a reliable and organized individual to support day-to-day shop operations. This position is based in the shop and involves customer service, job coordination, and general shop support.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and working in a hands-on environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers and answer phone inquiries
Communicate with customers regarding orders, timelines, and basic questions
Create and organize work orders
Open customer files and pass information to appropriate team members
Assist with estimates, invoicing, and taking payments
Book installs and assist with scheduling
Follow up with customers as needed
Maintain accurate job records

Additional Shop Support Duties
Assist in the shop when required
Learn basic printer and sign production tasks
Vinyl weeding, material preparation, and packaging
General shop cleaning and organization
Assist wherever needed during busy periods

Qualifications
Strong spoken and written English
Good customer service and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using computers and handling basic files
Able to follow instructions and relay information clearly
Able to work independently and stay productive
Valid drivers licence required
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required
Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
