Description

We are a Court Services firm seeking Independent Contractor Process Servers to assist in the delivery of court documents to litigants across the Province of Ontario. This role involves attending designated addresses, making attempts at Service of Process, documenting the outcome of each attempt, and supporting related services such as court filing, court issuance, and document retrieval. Mileage and travel requirements vary by assignment.

Compensation is assignment-based and will be discussed during the interview.
