We're seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Specialist to join our team and support our manager group. This isn't your average admin role, you'll manage key client touchpoints and ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Your work will help our managers deliver top-tier service.
What you'll bring to the team
-5 + years of administrative experience (ideally in accounting firm or professional services).
-A solution focused mindset-you can take direction, anticipate needs and bring order to complexity.
-Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
-Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
-Professionalism, initiative, and confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong relationship-building skills and tailored team support.
-Clear, professional communication that builds trust and reflects the firm positively.
How you'll support our professional team
-Supporting managers with client files, records requests, invoicing, year-end packages, and follow-ups.
-Handling day-to-day tasks, mail, onboarding clients, compiling reports, and expenses.
-Providing general admin support and coverage for other team members.
