Commissionaires South Saskatchewan is seeking a permanent, full-time Dispatch Officer in Regina. This role manages courier service requests, dispatches couriers, and supports courier invoicing, while monitoring City of Regina Bylaw Officers, mobile patrols, alarm responses, and lone worker safety from our monitoring centre at 122 Albert Street. Reporting to the Mobile Duty Manager, the Dispatch Officer provides excellent customer service and represents Commissionaires professionally to clients, visitors, and colleagues. The position operates Monday to Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience providing excellent client and customer service.
Strong computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team member in a professional office environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Creative and innovative thinkers with well-developed problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Must possess a clear criminal record.
The starting wage for the position will be $19.99/hour, with a grid of annual increases based on performance.
