Functional Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling: Expertise in developing detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and milestone tracking using project management software.

Budgeting & Cost Control: Ability to prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality

Process Improvement: Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Quality Management: Familiarity with quality assurance processes, regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO standards), and root cause analysis techniques.

Risk Management: Proficient in identifying project risks, performing impact analysis, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Procurement & Vendor Management: Experience in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Skilled at interpreting manufacturing and project data, generating reports, and using insights to guide decision-making.

Health & Safety Compliance: Understanding of workplace safety standards and ability to enforce safety protocols during project execution.

Technical Knowledge: Solid grasp of manufacturing equipment, technologies, and engineering principles relevant to project scope.
