ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual preferably working towards or have already completed an administration certificate, diploma or degree. You must be able to work with minimum supervision, and as part of a multi-disciplined team.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Superior adaptability to changing conditions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills with ability to comfortably deal with multiple demands to achieve tight deadlines.
- Strong planning skills to determine and meet objectives.
- High degree of accuracy and reliability.
- Knowledge of basic accounting theories, principles and practices are an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication: answering phones, managing emails, greeting visitors, handling mail.
- Scheduling & Coordination: booking meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel.
- Document Management: preparing reports, organizing files, data entry.
- Office Operations: ordering supplies, handling invoices, supporting general office needs.
- Team Support: assisting owners, managers and other staff.
You will be part of a team that includes working closely with the head office in Regina, Saskatchewan. Regular virtual and the occasional in-person meetings might be needed.
