Tatagwa Kidz Kare Inc. is currently seeking a Full Time Executive Director. Training for this position will start as soon as possible.
The successful applicant will be responsible to oversee all aspects of operations and program implementation in an Early Learning and Child Care facility.  The successful applicant must possess an ECE III certification from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education or have an exemption in place.
The successful applicant must have excellent organizational, leadership and motivational skills to promote excellence in Early Learning. The potential candidate must be self-driven, able to work independently and also in a team environment. If you are personable, reliable, able to multi-task, problem solve and establish professional relationships with employees, families and community members, this job may be for you. Must be able to manage work-life balance, as this position is highly demanding.
