Community Justice Facilitator
Full Time position
The successful candidate will deliver a wide variety of services to both offenders and victims as referred by pre-charge and post-charge alternative measures program. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience and ability in the areas of victim offender mediations, community justice conferencing, talking circles and knowledge of Indigenous service agencies in the City of Regina.
Salary and benefits will be negotiated upon experience.
Preference may be given to candidates who have victim offenders mediation training.

Qualifications required for this position include:
Degree in Human Justice, Social Work or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Excellent assessment, problem solving and case management skills.
Excellent telephone and in-person communication skills.
Position requires management of client files/caseloads.
Precise attention to detail spelling and accuracy.
Knowledge of basic office technology equipment (ex: Xerox, postage machine).
Knowledge and experience (or a willingness to learn) various computer programs.
Knowledge and appreciation of urban Indigenous justice issues.
Valid drivers license and vehicle.
Willingness to undergo a Criminal Records Check/Vulnerable Sector Check.
