We are hiring a Kitchen Supervisor for our client in Regina.
Following duties need to be perform by a Kitchen Supervisor:
1. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure efficient food preparation and service
2. Lead kitchen staff during shifts and work alongside team members to ensure timely and high-quality food production
3. Train, coach, and support kitchen employees on job duties, food safety, and workplace standards
4. Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback to support professional development
5. Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet established standards at all times
6. Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment
7. Assist in scheduling kitchen staff and managing workflow to meet operational demands
8. Communicate daily goals, expectations, and operational updates to kitchen team members
9. Maintain composure and provide leadership in a fast-paced work environment
10. Support inventory control by monitoring food supplies, minimizing waste, and reporting shortages
11. Address operational issues promptly to ensure smooth kitchen operations
12. Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture
13. Perform other related supervisory duties as required
Other requirements:
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 1-2 years
Employment type: Permanent Full-time
Wages: CAD 17 per hour
