What You'll Be Doing:
Working as part of our engineering team to design portable hydronic heating and cooling systems.
Using your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot issues and make improvements.
Applying your practical, hands-on experience to assemble, modify, and evaluate prototypes.
Documenting findings, sharing insights, and helping drive innovation in our product line.
Asking the right questions: How does this work? Why does it work this way? How can we make it better?
What We're Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude you're comfortable with tools, machines, and technical drawings.
Hands-on experience whether its in a shop, lab, or field, you've built and fixed things before.
Natural curiosity you don't just accept answers; you dig deeper.
Avid learner you're eager to expand your skills and knowledge every day.
Problem solver you enjoy tackling challenges and finding practical solutions.
Education - you have a diploma in a technical engineering course, or you have the right mix of skills, attitude and experience.
