Description

Do you love figuring out how things work and why they work? If you're the kind of person who cant resist taking something apart just to see what's inside, we want to talk to you.

Were a medium-sized climate control manufacturing company specializing in portable hydronic heating and cooling equipment. Our products keep critical systems running in some of the toughest environments, and were looking for an Engineering Technician who thrives on hands-on problem solving and mechanical challenges.

Working as part of our engineering team to design portable hydronic heating and cooling systems.
Using your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot issues and make improvements.
Applying your practical, hands-on experience to assemble, modify, and evaluate prototypes.
Documenting findings, sharing insights, and helping drive innovation in our product line.
Asking the right questions: How does this work? Why does it work this way? How can we make it better?

What We're Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude you're comfortable with tools, machines, and technical drawings.
Hands-on experience whether its in a shop, lab, or field, you've built and fixed things before.
Natural curiosity you don't just accept answers; you dig deeper.
Avid learner you're eager to expand your skills and knowledge every day.
Problem solver you enjoy tackling challenges and finding practical solutions.
Education - you have a diploma in a technical engineering course, or you have the right mix of skills, attitude and experience.

Why You'll Love Working Here:
Be part of a tight-knit team where your ideas and input matter.
Work with innovative heating and cooling technology that makes a real impact.
Gain exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and product development in one role.
