We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Interim Hotel Manager (14-month term) to oversee operations at Home Inn & Suites Saskatoon South. This role leads daily hotel operations, manages and develops staff, monitors budgets, and evaluates overall performance during the interim term.
The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and brings proven hospitality or management experience in Canada, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What Youll Do
Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming home-away-from-home experience
Maintain property standards, safety, and cleanliness
Support sales and marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with d3h policies and procedures
Oversee preventative maintenance and property inspections
Monitor rates, revenue, and occupancy
Collaborate with head office teams to maximize profitability
Develop and manage budgets and cost controls
Hire, train, and retain exceptional team members
Delegate tasks, manage performance, and support development
Resolve guest concerns and empower staff
Promote d3h values and a family-oriented culture
Your Background
3+ years hospitality experience
OPERA PMS knowledge preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Effective English communication skills
Weekend availability as required
