The Product Specialist will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

Job Responsibilities
    Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on
    Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
    Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
    Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
    Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and competitive offerings
    Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities
    Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system
    Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Qualifications
    Proven experience in automotive sales (preferred but not required)
    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
    Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
    Valid driver's license and clean driving record
