The Saskatchewan College of Psychologists, the regulatory body responsible for regulating the profession of psychology, is seeking an individual to fill a temporary 18-month position as an Office Administrator. It is expected the position will be full-time for at least the first year, with hours fluctuating from 20 to 37.5 hours per week (according to organizational needs) after this. Flexible work hours in the Regina office are required and supported.
Applicants should have a Bachelor'ss degree or diploma in business administration or a related discipline. Experience and post-secondary training with Microsoft office 365, CRM (client registration management) systems, website maintenance, and registrant(member) communications, is also desired. Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements, and experience with CANVA or similar applications, is an asset.
The successful candidate will demonstrate computer literacy, professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Hourly rate is dependent upon education and experience, with a base rate of $31.43 per hour. An extensive benefits package is available including health, dental, life, disability, and RRSP. Flexible work hours.
A minimum of three years of office experience is desired.
