Job Description
We are a busy, well-established autobody shop seeking experienced Autobody Technicians, Painters, and Body Men to join our team. Our shop works on a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, semis, buses, campers, and trailers. We value quality workmanship, safety, and reliability.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Perform structural and non-structural autobody repairs on light- and heavy-duty vehicles
Repair and replace damaged panels, doors, fenders, bumpers, and body sections
Perform repairs on semis, buses, campers, RVs, and trailers
Straighten frames and unibody structures using frame and measuring equipment
Metal finishing, dent repair, and panel alignment
Remove and install vehicle components (trim, glass, lights, mirrors, etc.)
Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, filling, priming as required)
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all WHMIS, OHS, and shop safety procedures
Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and team members

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Autobody Technician
Experience working on semis, buses, campers/RVs, and trailers is a strong asset
Strong knowledge of autobody repair techniques, materials, and equipment
Ability to read and understand estimates and repair plans
Experience with frame machines and measuring systems
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license
Journeyman certification considered an asset
