Crew Lead - Sewer Top Repairs
Join our team and lead essential infrastructure projects that keep our city running smoothly! As a Crew Supervisor, youll manage work crews responsible for the maintenance, repair, and reconstruction of City-owned manholes, storm drains, and related systems. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
What You Bring
- Grade 12 or GED, plus 4+ years experience in sewer & drainage infrastructure (including 1+ year in a supervisory role).
- Level 3 Wastewater Collection Operator Certification (Level 4 within 2 years).
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to train and motivate crews.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and using software tools (Microsoft Suite, GIS, Access).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license (3A within 1 year).
