Join the Information Technology Division as Director, Enterprise Architecture, where you will shape IT strategies that support government priorities, optimize investments, and ensure secure, well-managed infrastructure, applications, and data.
As a key member of the IT management team, you will lead the Enterprise Architecture team, oversee governance frameworks, and provide expert technology advice to executives and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing enterprise architecture practices, managing budgets and resources, fostering innovation, and assessing emerging technologies. You will build strong relationships, guide strategic planning, and ensure compliance with architectural standards across projects.
Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in enterprise and solutions architecture, strong leadership and project management skills, and knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF, and COBIT frameworks. The ability to lead and coach teams, manage change, and build consensus with diverse stakeholders is essential.
Typically, these skills are gained through a degree in computer science or related discipline, supplemented by several years in strategic planning and enterprise architecture, with expertise in application management, security, and IT operations.
