As the Service Department Manager, you oversee the daily operations and success of the fast paced and growing Service Department. All service department staff report directly to you, and as one of the stores key leaders, you help drive performance, support sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced leader and are committed to providing the right person with the training, tools and support needed to take your career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, mentor and guide a team of dedicated technicians and support staff.
-Efficiently schedule and plan work for all Service Department employees.
-Build internal relationships by collaborating with all departments within the dealership.
-Build external relationships with customers by providing helpful and friendly service.
-Assist customers with solving problems and providing timely solutions.
-Provide customers with basic technical support (training provided).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-Experience with leading/building a team.
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Experience providing high quality customer service
-Ability to solve problems and think critically.
-Coaching and mentoring new and experienced staff
-Knowledge and understanding of the Canadian agriculture industry.
