Experience
- Modelling experience (agent-based, system dynamics, discrete event, statistical)
- 2 years' experience designing, developing and implementing modelling solutions
Education
- PhD in Computer Science
- PhD in Biostatistics
- PhD or equivalent in a related field
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Masters degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Competencies
- Statistical database analytical skills
Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge of the healthcare system in Saskatchewan.
- Ability to articulate mission, vision and strategy and charts a path forward.
- Knowledge in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action
- Able to research, develop, & deliver health presentations to a variety of groups
- Ability to utilize computerized assessment & interpretation software packages
