Job Description: Promotes health and healing and provides education as a member of the health care team to achieve optimum care for clients/patients/residents in all phases of health care.

As such, this position will be a float position for an interim period of time and will be floated to other units in accordance with an LOU agreed to between the SHA and CUPE Local 5430. The position will at some later date and with appropriate notice be transferred to Inpatient Pediatric Unit upon operationalization of the capital build.
