Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Windows & Doors Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the professional installation of residential and light commercial windows and doors while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install, remove, and replace windows and doors

Measure and verify openings prior to installation

Ensure installations are level, plumb, sealed, and insulated properly

Perform minor framing, trimming, caulking, and finishing work

Follow manufacturer specifications and building codes

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Communicate professionally with homeowners, site supervisors, and team members

Load, unload, and transport materials and tools

Identify and report any installation or product issues

Requirements

Minimum 13 years experience installing windows and doors (preferred)

Strong knowledge of installation methods and materials

Ability to read measurements and use hand/power tools

Physically fit (able to lift 50+ lbs)

Valid drivers license (own vehicle is an asset)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
