We are seeking Casual Early Childhood Educators(ECEs) to join our team. In this role, you will support educators in delivering high-quality early learning & child care that aligns with our centres philosophy while promoting each childs growth, safety, & well-being.
Hours of Work:
The centre operates Monday-Friday, 6:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Casual hours range from 0-25 hours per week with no set schedule & vary based on operational needs.
Under the general supervision of the Child Care Director & direct supervision of the Assistant Director, Casual ECE team members assist in developing, implementing, & maintaining programming for children of all ages. Staff must follow all policies & regulations outlined in the Parent Handbook & Child Care Staff Manual.
This role provides coverage across classrooms & age groups (6 weeks-12 years) & requires flexibility, professionalism, & a strong commitment to child development & safety.

Requirements:
Must hold a valid Saskatchewan ECE Level I, II, or III or be willing to obtain certification
Able to work in Canada with no restrictions
Current First Aid & CPR Level C(Saskatchewan recognized)
Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
Experience in a childcare or early learning setting is an asset
Ability to work with children with diverse needs
Must be 16 years of age
Comfortable being on your feet throughout shifts

Assist with daily care routines & promote independence
Maintain a clean, safe, & organized environment
Communicate using Lillio(families)& Homebase(staff tasks/time)
Work collaboratively with families, co-educators, &the Board
Accept feedback &direction with a positive attitude
