Join Grain Millers in Yorkton, SKwhere small-town living meets big opportunity. We are a trusted North American leader in food production, committed to quality, safety, and integrity. We are currently seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Warehouse Sanitation team.
Working closely with sanitation, warehouse, and production teams, you will ensure all company, customer, and regulatory sanitation standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and sanitary warehouse environment by following the Master Sanitation Schedule, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP requirements, and pest control programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain sanitation standards across warehouse facilities
Complete scheduled cleaning of equipment, structures, and facilities
Operate powered mobile equipment (training provided)
Store and maintain sanitation and pest control equipment
Monitor and report pest activity
Complete sanitation and pest control documentation
Communicate maintenance or repair needs
Follow all safety, food safety, and environmental policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Sanitation or pest control experience in food processing is an asset
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
Able to work in a grain processing environment with allergen exposure
Hours: MondayFriday, 8 hours/day
