Job Description: Performs a variety of analytical procedures, analysis and laboratory duties for the detection, diagnosis, prevention and management of disease and illness.

Education
- e.g. Chemistry required in Chemistry, Microbiology in Microbiology, etc.
- Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in defined science & required courses
- Major dependent on specific specialty area: - BSC 4-yr degree in Biochemistry or Biology; Genetics/Cell Biology (6 Cr. Hrs.); Microbiology (6 Cr. Hrs.); Statistics or Bioinformatics (3Cr. Hrs.)
