Join the City of Regina in shaping a sustainable future! As a Coordinator of Program Development, youll lead the coordination, measurement, and reporting of initiatives under Waste Plan Regina and the Citys water programming. This role works across multiple divisions, engages stakeholders, and provides strategic updates to City Council on progress toward environmental goals.

What You Bring

- A degree in Environmental Science or related field, plus 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic development, policy, and project management.
- Strong ability to think strategically, solve complex problems creatively, and lead collaborative processes.
- Proven success in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation.
- Knowledge of waste diversion, water programming, and sustainability principles.
- Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with community groups, businesses, and government officials.
