Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Contact Centre Rep. The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Weyburn, SK.

As a Contact Centre Rep, you are integral to the success of WCU. Under the general supervision of the Contact Center Manager, the Contact Centre Rep will deliver exceptional member service and provide solutions to meet our members financial goals and needs. You will be responsible for receiving member phone calls and emails. You will attend to requests and solve problems in a courteous and professional manner. Your work will focus primarily on completing requests related to retail or personal accounts, basic investment products, cards, and online banking.

Your Spark (Qualifications):
Minimum grade 12 education with preference for post-secondary education.
Sales and service experience; preferably in the financial services industry.
Previous call centre experience is preferred.
Must have excellent communication and strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven success working in a sales and service and goal-oriented environment.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
