Description

Your job duties and responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to:
    Establish methods to meet work schedules;
    Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures;
    Prepare budget and cost estimates;
    Address customers complaints or concerns;
    Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of staff;
    Ensure food service and quality control;
    Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage;
    Prepare and submit reports;
    Supervise and check assembly of trays;
    Supervise and check delivery of foods

     Excellent oral communication
