Job Summary:
- Identify and document cybersecurity requirements with clients or internal teams
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
- Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures
- Monitor access, credentials, and network activity for security breaches
- Apply encryption protocols and manage cryptographic keys
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing


Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Respond to security incidents and support incident investigation and resolution efforts.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures and improve the overall security posture.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
Support the development and delivery of security awareness training programs.

Qualifications
At least a Diploma graduate of 2 year CyberSecurity Specialist course
1 -2 years of IT experience with hands on experience managing Security systems, network security, FW, Proxy etc or a related it experience.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Network+) are a plus
