The Brandt Group of Companies is currently seeking a Recruiter focused on the Queen City Sports & Entertainment Division for its Regina, SK, location.

This is a rare opportunity for a strategic recruiter to help build something entirely new. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for a new sports & entertainment operation, shaping the teams that will bring a premium guest experience to life from day one. You will partner closely with leaders to design and execute proactive talent strategies, identify high impact hospitality professionals, and build strong pipelines across front of house, back of house, leadership, and specialty roles.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
-Oversee the approval-to-hire process by ensuring requests to hire, transfer, or promote have been routed through management and senior executives for review and approval
-Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, craft job fair descriptions and ads
-Provide input to the Recruitment Needs List
-Develop and update job descriptions and specifications

What We Look For:
-Certificate, diploma, or bachelors degree in Human Resources Management of related field
-CPHR considered an asset
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
