The Ministry of Social Services is seeking a Resource Supervisor in Child and Family Services for the Prince Albert office. Key qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work or Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work from an accredited university (approved by CASSW) combined with previous supervisory experience in Child and Family Programs. Knowledge of child welfare legislation, policy implementation, and budget management is critical.
Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, liaising with ICFS agencies, and representing the ministry on committees.
