Description

The Ministry of Highways is seeking an Accommodations Support team member for the South Region, based in Regina. We offer dynamic, challenging work, competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including pension, vacation and earned days off, inclusive work environments, and advancement opportunities.

As part of the Accommodations Support team, you will provide administrative services to support ministry offices and staff. You will monitor IT usage, audit bills and payments, track hardware and software, maintain asset databases, and create service requests. Responsibilities also include coordinating CVA pool vehicle maintenance and safety education, managing space allocation, building maintenance and security requests, and assigning parking in accordance with ministry policies. You will liaise with third-party providers to ensure safety and utility needs are met, process payments, reconcile invoices, and maintain databases using software such as Midas, Oracle, and Microsoft Office. The role requires managing changing priorities while meeting deadlines and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs safely.
