Please note we are seeking a Permanent Full-time Out of Scope Administrative Assistant. Preference goes to those with office and coding experience, proven ability to adapt to new processes, and high level of integrity and discretion. Experience with financial data entry, payroll support, and records handling is a strong asset.
Technical Skills
Experience in Microsoft Office, Cloud Platforms, and Quickbooks
Accurate data entry with a strong attention to detail
Invoice entry and reconciliation
Petty cash systems and reconciliation
Monthly and daily backup processes
Basic coding knowledge or strong ability to learn
High integrity and discretion
Basic office, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned.
This is an out-of-scope position that requires a willingness to learn new systems and process while remaining flexible. Hours of Work are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Position to commence as soon as possible.
