-Supervise our sale staff and cashiers.
-schedules and assigns jobs to our other team members, ensuring that they successfully carry out their job roles.
-Create and implement our current marketing plan. Maintain and develop our social media like Facebook and website.
-Ensure the stock levels of our gloves and materials for gloves.
-Ensure all shipments from suppliers arrive on time and items are correct.
-Follow up our contract and order. Make sure all purchase orders will deliver on time and all items are meet the requirements in the PO before shipping out
-Act as the main contact for customers complaints and concerns.
-Handle regular retail sale with walk-in customer. Authorize return of merchandise and payments by cheque.
