The Queen City Pickleball Hub is Saskatchewans largest indoor pickleball facility with a vibrant and growing community for pickleball players of all levels. We are passionate about creating a welcoming, friendly, and positive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk Attendant to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our facility runs smoothly, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all players.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure all players are checked in before accessing courts.
Assist with in-store purchases, rentals, and online order processing.
Monitor CourtReserve bookings, including unpaid fees and overnight updates.
Respond to customer questions following established policies
Perform head counts to ensure the number of players matches paid reservations.
Enforce court time limits.
Vacuum courts and clean common areas.

Qualifications & Skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable handling cash and operating payment terminals.
Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately.
Basic computer skills.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or retail is an asset.
