Baker Tilly SK LLP is looking for an individual to fill a Full Time Permanent Receptionist position in our Yorkton office.
Reporting to the Admin Support Manager, the Receptionist will be responsible for day-to-day functions, such as:
- Greeting and assisting clients in-person, on the phone, and virtually
- Answering and directing a three-line telephone
- Booking appointments using MS Outlook
- Accepting and receipting client fees
- Checking and assembling financial statements, tax returns and other forms
- Providing a friendly, positive and professional image for the firm
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Office Administration Certificate program and/or experience in an office-based setting
- Committed to providing an exceptional client experience
- Excellent command of the English language (spelling, grammar and punctuation)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Able to work independently and with others
- Highly organized and detail oriented; able to multi-task and meet deadlines
