Humboldt Co-op is hiring a Full-Time Pharmacist for our Humboldt Co-op Pharmacy located in Humboldt, SK.

What youll do:
Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and brand.
Provide patient focused services such as injections, medication reviews, and minor ailment prescribing to maximize patient care.
Provide professional advice and counselling on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications including indications, dosage, adverse effects, and drug interactions and health related issues to patients.
Develop, maintain strong working relationships, and collaborate with health care professionals in the community to ensure the continuity of care and proper handling of a patients varying health concerns.
Exercise professional judgement and practice within federal, provincial, legal, and regulatory requirements, the provincial code of ethics, standards of practice and policies.
Demonstrate professional integrity and uphold a high level of professional standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants.
Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc.Phm.) or a Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from a recognized institution.
Injection certification and current licensure in good standing with relevant provincial College of Pharmacists (SCPP) is required.
Additional Prescribing Authority (APA) is an asset
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team leadership skills
You have exceptional computer knowledge/skills
You are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills
