Description

We are looking for a store manager.
Duties incldued:

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of wholesale sales staff handling bulk glove orders to distributors, safety suppliers, and corporate clients.
Oversee order processing for manufactured gloves, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, customization, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate between the production team, inventory/warehouse staff, and logistics providers to ensure timely fulfillment of wholesale orders.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished glove products and report shortages or production delays to management.
Establish and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, distributors, and institutional buyers; resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns.
Prepare and review sales reports, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms.
Train, coach, and evaluate wholesale sales and order-processing staff on product specifications, safety standards, pricing policies, and customer service procedures.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies, particularly related to PPE products.
Participate in setting sales targets, pricing strategies, and promotional programs for wholesale glove products.
Authorize returns, exchanges, and adjustments within approved limits and escalate complex issues to senior management.
Assist in onboarding new wholesale clients and supporting audits, inspections, or compliance reviews related to manufacturing and distribution operations.
