Dynamic Signs Inc. is a full-service signage company located in Estevan, SK. We are currently looking for a full time Office Assistant.
As an Office Assistant you are the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, performing general office duties, general administrative support, and marketing. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, willing to work with all personalities, have exceptional communication skills, and have excellent time management ability.
Skills and Abilities
-Experience in an administrative/reception role
-Experience with multiple computer software applications
-Pleasant and professional phone and in-person etiquette
-Motivated team player with a friendly and outgoing manner
-Self-directed, diligent and detailed oriented
-Strong customer service, communication and time management skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Tasks
-Greet customers, take orders and messages
-Gain working knowledge of sign products for inside sales
-Answer telephone and email enquiries
-Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail
-Schedule and confirm customer appointments
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory
-Shipping & receiving of supplies and materials, maintain tracking spreadsheets
-Maintain and manage filing systems
-Coordinate customer pickups
-Clean bathroom and front offices
-Social Media posts and updates
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (35 hours/week)
