Role:
We are seeking a skilled Millwright or Mechanical Technician with strong hands-on mechanical expertise too join our Research and Development team. This role is critical in transforming new designs into reality by preparing materials, assembling prototypes, and conducting performance tests.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with R&D team to bring new designs from concept to assembly and testing.
Prepare materials and components for prototype builds.
Assemble and test mechanical systems, ensuring functionality and safety.
Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and test results.
Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics .
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues during assembly and testing.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Millwright, Mechanical Technician, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Hands-on experience with assembly, installation, and testing of mechanical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
