What Youll Do

Drive store profitability and performance

Deliver efficient, high-quality customer service

Identify customer needs and recommend solutions

Accurately handle cash and transactions

Follow up on past-due accounts and arrange payment plans

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and documentation standards

What You Bring

Sales-driven mindset

1+ year of financial services and sales experience

Strong customer service skills

Cash handling experience

High school diploma or equivalent
