Description

As a Lodge Assistant, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the lodge and creating a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. Your tasks are varied and may include:

Housekeeping & Cleaning
Daily cleaning of guest rooms and common areas

Changing bedding, towels, and restocking toiletries

Cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and laundry

Maintaining cleanliness of the lodge kitchen, dining area, and recreation spaces

Meal Service & Kitchen Help
Assisting the chef with basic food prep (cutting, plating, dish washing)

Setting and clearing tables for meals

Serving guests during breakfast, lunch, or dinner as needed

Cleaning dishes, sweeping and mopping kitchen/dining areas

General Lodge Support
Helping with guest check-in/check-out

Light maintenance or snow removal around the lodge (seasonal)

Managing garbage and recycling

Assisting with firewood and restocking supplies

Occasionally helping with guided activities or guest needs

Guest Interaction
Greeting and assisting guests with questions or requests

Ensuring a friendly and helpful presence throughout their stay

Supporting a positive and memorable guest experience
